We collect information you provide through our website forms, including your name, email address, phone number, and loan inquiry details.

We use your information to respond to your mortgage and real estate inquiries, provide loan-related services, and communicate updates relevant to your transaction.

Information Sharing

To arrange financing we must share the information you provide with the companies that underwrite, fund and close your loan. The categories of nonpublic personal information we may share, and with whom:

Wholesale lenders and investors — including United Wholesale Mortgage, PennyMac, The Loan Store, ACC Mortgage and Acra Lending. They receive your application, income and asset documentation and credit information in order to underwrite and price your loan.

Consumer reporting agencies — to obtain your credit report and to report account status.

Appraisers and appraisal management companies — property and order information so the property can be valued.

Title, escrow and settlement providers — the information required to prepare closing documents and issue title insurance.

Service providers acting on our behalf — loan origination, document storage, electronic signature and customer relationship management vendors, who are contractually required to protect your information and to use it only for the services they perform for us.

Government agencies and regulators — where required by law, including Home Mortgage Disclosure Act reporting, subpoenas, court orders, and examinations by the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation and the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing purposes.

Federal law gives you the right to limit some but not all sharing. The sharing described above is conducted for everyday business purposes — processing your transaction, maintaining your account, responding to court orders and legal investigations, and reporting to credit bureaus. Federal law does not permit you to limit this sharing, because without it we cannot arrange your loan.

Security. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards designed to protect your nonpublic personal information. Access is limited to those who need it to provide services to you.

Former customers. We continue to apply this policy to information about you after our relationship ends.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Most of the information we collect about you is nonpublic personal information governed by the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, which is exempt from the California Consumer Privacy Act. Our handling of that information is described in the Information Sharing section above.
